📘 The Meeting That Changed Everything
Last Friday, our team was invited to a surprise meeting by the HR department. We were taken to a different building, and everyone looked a bit confused at first.
At the beginning of the meeting, we were asked for specific feedback about our current project. Most of us were bored because the presentation was boring and too long. However, things got more interesting when the project manager brought some new ideas.
She asked us for suggestions on how to improve communication between teams. Everyone was suddenly engaged. In the end, we felt inspired, and we even took some notes to implement the changes right away.
Some employees said they get bored during meetings, but not this time.
